Drizzle 1/4 cup cooking oil (olive, avocado or grape seed )are my favorites
Pour 1/4 cup orange juice & 1 tsp Lemon juice
Add parsley salt and pepper.
Let marinade for 15 -20 minutes
Turn on Oven to 455 degrees
Place fish skin side down on cooking sheet and place in oven for 12 - 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes
In a sauce pan, pour in the grapes, the second 1/4 cup of oil, salt and pepper and sear them until they are about to pop open.
Remove from heat and serve with fish
Notes
I like to add brown or white rice with my recipes sometimes or fresh greens like asparagus or lettuce. The key is to not over cook the fish. It's not quite as fatty as a salmon.
